Details
Stroll along historic Urbano Drive, a semi-circular former and controversial racetrack from the late 1800’s. It’s now a lovely residential part of Ingleside Terraces with great looking homes and gardens.
Urbana Drive is completely flat which makes for very nice walking. Urbano is off Ocean Avenue and not far from City College.
Meet in front of the house at 230 Urbano, the corner of Borica.
Because it was a racetrack it’s calibrated to be one mile from where we start to where we return after doing a lap. After our 1 mile stroll we walk over to the famous sundial to admire the architecture and sit for a while on a bench and talk. Optional – please feel free to walk around Urbano a few more times and get a few more miles in.
