Seed Exchange! At Playland Community Garden

At long last! join us for a fun seed exchange to welcome in the Spring!

Bring packets of seeds to share and swap and we will have extras just in case!

• bring any garden questions you have for the group. We'll tour the raised bed + garden area of the relatively new Playland, a collaborative all-inclusive multi-use Sunset community park project on 43rd near Judah. And we'll talk about planting seeds in the Spring, whether you have big raised beds and yards, or small urban planters and kitchen gardens. Or if you just want to learn more!

At end of the seed exchange meetup from 3-4pm we invite anyone who wants to come see our own garden (some of you have seen it but may want to see how it's taken-or changed- shape in a year). Which is only a block and a half away from Playland.

PS: We'd love to add one or two members as co-organizers for this group. Looking for someone organized (obvi!), gung ho about gardening, and willing to help plan/schedule a meetup to help make this group more active. (We were originally going to do this meetup in 2 weeks but there's a lot of political activity going on that weekend that a lot of folks may be participating in...) anyway, email us if interested!
