Are you feeling anxious, scared, frustrated, angry, sad, over the fascist regime emanating from Washington?
I am a licensed psychotherapist, forming a support group for those of us trying to grapple with the orders coming at us with the force of a firehose from the White House. This includes the firings, the gutting of federal agencies, the choice to align with one of the world’s most violent autocracies, the so-called government “efficiency” mandate from Trump and Musk.
This will be a place to express our feelings, sense of outrage, and strategies for ways to empower ourselves.
