
What we’re about
Traditional Karate training over Zoom and/or outdoor in a San Francisco park. Lead by third degree black belt and focusing on traditional Karate to exercise the mind, body and soul. Focus also on practical self defense and well being.
All are welcome regardless of experience or physical shape. Children and adults are welcome.
