The New Moon is a time to set intentions and when we gather with other women, we can create a space to uplift and empower these intentions to come to fruition.

We’ll gather to:

✨ Set intentions for the month that is aligned with theme of the new moon and what we desire
✨ Be in sacred sister community with other women on a path of self-awareness, healing, transformation and empowerment

✨ Bring a song, story, poem or quote to share that is related to courage of the heart and is resonating right now for you.

A little about your guide: I’m Keegan, a holistic life coach, sound & energy healing practitioner, yoga teacher and retreat leader. My journey in transformation and healing began many years ago after several life challenges — job loss, heartbreak, loss of grandparents who were parental figures and a fatal accident. I dived into many healing modalities to heal from the inside out and connect to the divine feminine energy within me, to transmute challenges into resilience and my own personal becoming. I now lead experiences for women to transform their mind, body and spirit to reconnect to their divine feminine self in order to fully express themselves in the world with clarity and confidence. I’ve been hosting women’s circles for the past 8 years and they have been a powerful containers for women to connect, uplift and support each other in this great journey of life.
