About us

Welcome to the San Mateo Heels Dance Meetup! 👠✨
Ready to strut, slay, and unleash your inner powerhouse? Join us at the fabulous Motion Arts Center in downtown San Mateo for an empowering and high-energy heels dance experience like no other!

Whether you’re brand new to dancing or already a total pro, we’ve got a class for you:
💫 Beginners & First-Timers – Learn the foundations, build your confidence, and feel fabulous every step of the way in our "Technique" and "Beginner Level" classes.
🔥 Experienced Dancers – Step into our Intermediate class and take your skills to the next level with fierce combos, technique, and style—in a supportive, no-judgment zone!

What to bring:

  • If it is your first time in heels bring socks and it is suggested to wear stilleto booties open toe  between 3.5″ to 4″  heel to start and work your way to a higher heel. We also suggest heels with strong ankle support.

  • Bring an outfit that is comfortable, flattering, and easy to move in; pants, cute little shorts, or leggings are great.

  • Knee pads so that you can slide around on the floor comfortably. Just make sure that your outfit allows you to move freely and doesn’t restrict your movement in any way.

Come solo or bring your besties—it’s all about fun, self-expression, and good vibes. You’ll laugh, sweat, slay, and make amazing connections while moving to empowering beats. So… are you in? Let’s turn up the music and dance like nobody’s watching (but everyone’s cheering)!

*Classes are open for ages 18 and up. Check Full Schedule Here.
