Ready to strut, slay, and unleash your inner powerhouse? Join us at the fabulous Motion Arts Center in downtown San Mateo for an empowering and high-energy heels dance experience like no other!
Whether youâre brand new to dancing or already a total pro, weâve got a class for you:
đŤ Beginners & First-Timers â Learn the foundations, build your confidence, and feel fabulous every step of the way in our "Technique" and "Beginner Level" classes.
đĽ Experienced Dancers â Step into our Intermediate class and take your skills to the next level with fierce combos, technique, and styleâin a supportive, no-judgment zone!
What to bring:

If it is your first time in heels bring socks and it is suggested to wear stilleto booties open toe between 3.5âł to 4âłÂ heel to start and work your way to a higher heel. We also suggest heels with strong ankle support.

Bring an outfit that is comfortable, flattering, and easy to move in; pants, cute little shorts, or leggings are great.

Knee pads so that you can slide around on the floor comfortably. Just make sure that your outfit allows you to move freely and doesnât restrict your movement in any way.
Come solo or bring your bestiesâitâs all about fun, self-expression, and good vibes. Youâll laugh, sweat, slay, and make amazing connections while moving to empowering beats. So⌠are you in? Letâs turn up the music and dance like nobodyâs watching (but everyoneâs cheering)!

FREE On-Street Parking After 6pm and in all city-owned parking facilities everyday after 6pm and all day Sundays and on city-designated holidays.
Kiku Parking Garage with 526 spaces is located at 400 E. 5th Avenue in San Mateo, parking is Free Mon-Sat after 6pm and all day Sunday (you can park there and walk two blocks to the studio).

- Texture, accents, and shapes that flatter your lines
- Tips to own the prop with control, confidence, and sass
Choreography-Barre Combo
- A musical, performance-ready combo that blends barre precision with sultry chair work
- Coaching on facials, intention, and storytelling
- Drills to help you make the choreography yoursâfrom crisp accents to liquid flow
đOPTIONAL MINI-SHOWCASE
Want to perform at the end? Go for it! Weâll open the floor for those who want to share the comboâsolo or in small groupsâcheered on by a supportive room.

Known for her ability to connect deeply with her students, she fosters an inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to shine. Her choreography blends elegance with boldness, ensuring you leave the workshop feeling inspired and ready to strut confidently both on and off the dance floor.
- About Sydnie: Having been a dancer since the young age of 7, Sydnie brings passion and creativity to every class. A former nine-year competitor with a B.A. in Dance from San Francisco State, sheâs trained across ballet, contemporary, jazz, jazz funk, tap, Hula/Tahitian, and heels. Known for connecting deeply with students, she builds a welcoming and positive space where dancers feel encouraged to challenge themselves, embrace their individuality, and grow in both confidence and skill.
