Heels Dance Classes Fridays in San Mateo

EVERY FRIDAY:

Classes are for adults ages 18+.

Beginner Level: Building on the fundamentals, each week you’ll start with a warm-up and delve deeper into turns, musicality, and weaving through exciting choreographed sequences. These elements not only enhance your dance repertoire but also boost your confidence, allowing you to shine on the dance floor. This class focuses on learning technique and choreography.

This class is for students with some experience in heels dancing, this class helps bridge the gap between foundational skills and more complex movements.

What to Bring:

• If it is your first time in heels it is suggested to wear stilleto booties open toe between 3.5″ to 4″ heel to start and work your way to a higher heel. We also suggest heels with strong ankle support.
• Bring an outfit that is comfortable, flattering, and easy to move in; pants, cute little shorts, or leggings are great.
• Knee pads so that you can slide around on the floor comfortably. Just make sure that your outfit allows you to move freely and doesn’t restrict your movement in any way.
