Heels Dance Classes Saturdays in San Mateo

EVERY SATURDAY:

Beginner/Intermediate Level: In this class you will learn more intricate footwork and turn techniques and dynamic choreographed routines. Emphasis is placed on fluid transitions, enhanced musical interpretation, and the development of your unique dance style. Challenge yourself with choreography that pushes your boundaries while enjoying a supportive and inspiring environment. This class is geared towards students with some experience in heels dancing.

What to Bring:

• If it is your first time in heels it is suggested to wear stilleto booties open toe between 3.5″ to 4″ heel to start and work your way to a higher heel. We also suggest heels with strong ankle support.
• Bring an outfit that is comfortable, flattering, and easy to move in; pants, cute little shorts, or leggings are great.
• Knee pads so that you can slide around on the floor comfortably. Just make sure that your outfit allows you to move freely and doesn’t restrict your movement in any way.
