About us

The San Pedro Dementia Meetup is a group for anyone caring for someone with dementia. Caring for someone with Alzheimer's or other dementia can be extremely confusing and demanding. Most people experience "Caregiver burn out" due to the chronic high levels of stress and strain on the family. Talking with others who are also caring for loved ones with memory loss and other symptoms that accompany dementia and Alzheimer's disease can help. Join us to share what you've experienced, learn from other, and most importantly, develop friendships and support.
