Sunset Trail
Details
This hike is a seven-mile loop, with just a little climbing along Sunset Trail at Mount Laguna. We'll pass by two lakes, Water-of-the-Woods (pictured above) and Big Laguna Lake. A rest stop is planned at or near Water-of-the-Woods, but it will be too early for lunch. The return along Big Laguna Trail is mostly flat.
We've done this hike before. For a complete description, including photographs, see

The weather forecast (at weather.com) calls for warmer temperatures, hot in the valleys, but somewhat cooler in the mountains.
