Come join us for a track workout! We meet at Torrey Pines Glider Port, warm up together over to the track, then run the workout there.

A track workout is a higher-intensity session focused on speed and improving your VO₂ max (your body’s ability to use oxygen efficiently). It’s structured intervals—like 800s, 1Ks or mile repeats with recovery in between. It’s challenging, but super effective and we keep it fun and supportive.
