WikiSoCal Party & Planning Meetup
Details
After an amazing WikiConference North America, we are ready to launch WikiSoCal with this party and planning meeting. We are welcoming anyone and everyone who cares about and wants to help improve Wikipedia, WikiHow, Wikia and all the other worlds of wiki & crowd sourced online content.
We are now planning for the next year, with WikiConSoCal planned for October 6-9, 2017 with events at Balboa Park and the Downtown Library.
So this October 29 is a celebration of what we've been able to do so far, and an opportunity to get involved with what we do next!

"Come As You Are - Or As Who You Want To Be!"
Friends, family and all ages welcome! Parkwide Halloween activities and kids under 12 can get in free to some of the awesome museums: http://www.balboapark.org/halloweenfamilyday
Our food budgets are limited so we would welcome whatever potluck goodies you want to bring - great opportunity to do some Halloween baking!
