Dharma Jewel Monastery has a Zen Meditation and Buddhism course, more info at www.dharmajewel.us
We are sharing various mindfulness and meditation events around the greater Atlanta area here now, until someone revitalizes the Sandy Springs Insight Meditation group in the future.
History:
Sandy Springs Insight Meditation met for nearly 14 years mostly at the Universal Unitarian UU Northwest Atlanta church, but ended in 2023.
We have shared many meaningful experiences and made strong personal connections with so many of you over the years. We are deeply grateful for your friendship and your willingness to study and practice the precious dharma. We hope to stay connected with you and wish you all the best in life and on the path.
With much metta,
Cherry, Dick, Joel, Mark and Veletta
