Reinhardt Redwood Park Hike (Sierra Singles and Hiking Section)

Details

Starting at the Trudeau Center, explore ridges and ravines forested with redwoods and other native trees. This hike is constructed to include, in both directions, a particularly delightful segment of the Dunn Trail, running between the Graham and Baccharis Trails. It also loops through a portion of the beautiful French Trail. A majority of this hike will be in shade. Hike is 8 miles, with 1,300 feet of cumulative elevation gain. Lunch will be at Redwood Bowl (at approximately 12:30). Rest facilities will be encountered only at our trailhead and at Redwood Bowl. We will return by 4:00 p.m.

See trail map of our route at www.sfeinberg.com/MapY .
