Join us for Wednesday sessions of mindfulness yoga and meditation, enhanced with safe sharing and dialogue with soothing Japanese herbal afterwards. Classes will be conducted in English, scheduled on the first and third Wednesday of each month.

■ Program Overview:
Embark on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation with our holistic approach to yoga and meditation. Sessions will commence with gentle yoga exercises, seamlessly transitioning into guided breathing techniques and tranquil meditation practices. Following the mindfulness practice, participants will have the opportunity to engage in open dialogue and share their experiences while enjoying a cup of Japanese herbal tea. *Whether you're a novice or an experienced practitioner, all levels are warmly welcomed.

Meet Mac, the founder and CEO of Sanga International Inc. After a distinguished career spanning Mitsui & Co., PwC Advisory LLC, and serving as COO of Space BD, Mac is committed to leading the "Well-being Revolution" and fostering harmony globally.
Mac stands at the forefront of global transformation, empowering a diverse array of leaders and organizations to elevate their well-being and achieve sustainable growth.
Beyond his corporate endeavors, Mac is a passionate advocate for holistic wellness. As a certified US Yoga Alliance RYT200 instructor, he guides individuals on transformative journeys through yoga and meditation. He brings a wealth of experience, having completed the rigorous Dewa Sanzan Yamabushi training and traversed the spiritual path of the Kumano Kodo Nakaheji route. Additionally, Mac is a graduate of the Health Coach Japan 'Basic Coaching Course,' equipped with the tools to foster positive lifestyle changes.
In the realm of academia, Mac shares his expertise as a part-time lecturer in 'Entrepreneurship' and 'International Economics' at Toin University of Yokohama, nurturing the next generation of innovative thinkers.
With a multifaceted background rooted in leadership, wellness, and education, Mac is dedicated to creating a ripple effect of positive change, one individual and organization at a time.

身体的なエクササイズから呼吸、瞑想へ。3000年前からの本場インドの伝統的なヨガ体系と、最先端の脳科学や身体心理学を融合させたマインドフルヨガ・瞑想の実践教室です。
アスリートとしての経験や国際ビジネスの活動に基づいて、健やかな生活や心身の基盤強化に役立つプログラムを提供します。

■内容
リラクゼーションをテーマに、冒頭少し簡単なヨガエクササイズをした後、呼吸法とメディテーションを長めに取り入れます。
その後、ハーブティーを飲みながら参加者で気ままに対話する時間をとります。
※ヨガ初心者でも全く問題ない内容です。

三井物産株式会社、PwCアドバイザリー合同会社、宇宙スタートアップSpace BD株式会社の取締役COO等を経て、株式会社Sanga Internationalを設立。「ウェルビーイング革命で、世界を平和に」をスローガンに、幅広いグローバルリーダーや組織のウェルビーイング向上や長期的成長を支援している。
また、桐蔭横浜大学『アントレプレナーシップ』『国際経済論』非常勤講師など、教育活動にも取り組んでいる。
早稲田大学政治経済学部、シドニー工科大学MBA卒。出羽三山山伏修行、熊野古道中辺路を完歩。全米ヨガアライアンスRYT200修了ヨガインストラクター。ヘルスコーチ・ジャパン「ベイシックコーチング講座」修了。
