We are Rhythm Attic! A unique studio where we dance our hearts out, with various members and instructors who come together to form a strong community. We offer Bombay Jam classes twice a week (Sundays at 9.25 am and Tuesdays at 7.40 pm)
Powered by the explosively fun, globally appealing Bollywood culture, Bombay Jam® is the ultimate dance fitness total-body workout that is effective, safe, easy to follow, and packed with authentic Bollywood flavor!
The cardio routines incorporate basic, easy-to-follow dance fitness moves full of Bollywood flair, and the toning segment focuses on sculpting long, lean muscles. In an hour-long class, you can burn up to 800 calories!
The introductory class is FREE.
