Rides should be "the pace" with no one left behind, riding smart.
Looking for experienced event organizers - the more rides available the better!
Legal Disclaimer- In consideration of your being permitted to participate in this group and it's events, you hereby Waive, Release and Discharge from any and all liability for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to you during an event or during travel to and from an event, Santa Cruz Moto Meetup and it's Organizers. You Indemnify and Hold Harmless the same from any and all liabilities or claims made by any other individuals or entities as a result of any of your actions during an event. Accordingly, you hereby release and discharge Santa Cruz Moto Meetup and its Organizers from all claims, demands, and causes of action of every kind whatsoever for any death, damages and/or injuries which may result from participation in an event. This shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. In addition you consent to receive medical treatment, which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident and or illnesses during an event. You agree to pay for any and all costs related to medical response, treatment and transport on your behalf.
