What we’re about
• Integration counseling for psychedelic & spiritual experience meaning-making
• Microdosing counseling and support - bring your questions re: microdosing to help you hone in on the right microdose approach for you (because it can be tricky).
Our purpose is to support and facilitate the holistic healing of mind,
body & soul in the safest and most effective ways possible. We're based in Santa Fe, NM & Oakland, CA USA, and working with people from all over the world.
"You have to take seriously the notion that understanding the universe is your responsibility,
because the only understanding of the universe that will be useful to you is your own understanding."
- Terence McKenna

## Santa Fe Psychedelic Society: Gathering in Circle
An Invitation to Our Next Community Meeting...
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined last night’s meeting! We had 20+ community members in circle. As I reflect on our time together, I’m struck by how heart-centered and connective the evening felt. Each person helped weave a beautiful tapestry of wisdom and story—your presence truly made it special.
With the Limina Foundation's gathering coming up on September 7th, Kate and I felt called to host another meeting the week before. We’ll gather once again in her welcoming home for our next circle, and I hope you’ll join us if you’re interested in being part of this ongoing conversation.
Every voice adds to the richness of our community.
## About the event
Based on some suggestions, our upcoming gathering will focus on a community discussion: Psychedelics & The Spiritual Gateway. At our last meeting, we explored the spectrum between “tripping” and psychedelic therapy and touched on the role of spirit in the psychedelic journey. On August 20th, we’ll devote the entire evening to this important topic.
I look forward to seeing you there and continuing this journey together.
We hold that many approaches to psychedelic use are entirely valid, spiritually opening, useful, healing, life-changing, and one need only to follow their intuition or calling about what's right for them. We will invite the voices, stories and insights of community members to contribute to this fascinating and illuminating conversation.
*This will be a no-cost event, although future events may sometimes have a small fee whenever fundraising for certain events is necessary.

The Santa Fe Psychedelic Society is a space of reverence, inquiry, and connection—a place to explore the transformative potential of psychedelic experiences in a grounded and welcoming community. Whether you’re newly curious or have walked the path of expanded states of consciousness for many years, you are invited to join us in circle. Our vision is rooted in a deep commitment:
To promote the responsible and beneficial use of psychedelics,
To destigmatize these powerful tools for healing, insight, and creativity,
To educate the public with integrity, humility, and openness, and
To support the well-being and interconnectedness of our local community here in Santa Fe.Our gatherings are intended to be inclusive, respectful spaces for shared wisdom, learning, and belonging. This is a movement of thoughtful engagement—one that honors both the mystery and the medicine.
## What to Look Forward to at Our Meetings:
- First-person storytelling: We welcome the sharing of personal psychedelic experiences—your breakthroughs, confusions, beauty, and lessons are all welcome here.
- Community conversation: Participate in informal, inclusive discussions on topics like microdosing, integration, plant allyship, sacred ceremony, policy shifts, and psychedelics as tools for social and ecological change.
- Guest voices and local wisdom: Hear insights from researchers, writers, therapists, Indigenous leaders, artists, and advocates shaping the psychedelic ecosystem.
- Media and literature: Gather for occasional documentary screenings and book discussions that spark dialogue and open new perspectives.
- Integration & healing: Join integration circles and somatic workshops for meaning-making, emotional processing, and community-supported insight.
- Creative connection: Enjoy occasional art nights, outdoor gatherings, and contemplative events that foster community, ritual, and joy.
This is not a space for promotion or persuasion, but for presence. We are here to listen as much as to speak; to learn as much as to offer.
## Our Guiding Values:
- Radical inclusivity—we welcome all bodies, backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences
- Integrity, consent, and relational care
- Honoring Indigenous wisdom and ancestral knowledge
- Ongoing integration as a spiritual practice
- Recognition that healing is personal, collective, and ecological
Whether you come with questions, lived experience, visionary stories, or quiet curiosity, your presence matters. Together we are remembering what it means to sit in sacred community, shaped by reverence, responsibility, and radical authenticity.
We gather not only to explore psychedelics, but to tend to the wider garden of transformation—of healing, truth-telling, reciprocity, joy, and belonging.
