Sunday Morning Tai Chi & Qigong in Santa Monica, California

Begin your Sunday with calm movement, fresh ocean air, and a sense of balance at beautiful Clover Park. This donation-based Tai Chi and Qigong meetup is designed to help you reduce stress, improve mobility, increase energy, and reconnect with both body and mind in a peaceful outdoor setting.

Each class will guide participants through gentle Tai Chi forms, flowing Qigong movements, breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and relaxation techniques that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The movements are low-impact, easy to learn, and accessible for all ages and fitness levels — whether you are completely new to Tai Chi and Qigong or already have experience.

Our goal is to create a welcoming and supportive community where people can slow down, move with intention, and start their Sunday feeling grounded, refreshed, and energized.
