Vasquez Rocks Extended Loop via PCT is a 3.7 mile heavily moderately easy hike through, well, Vasquez Rocks Natural Area.

Vasquez Rocks Natural Area is a beautiful and unique park with rocks pointing out at 45 degrees, creating an impressive, almost surreal landscape.

Cool, huh? And although moderately easy, the hike will take us through many different areas where we can climb up the rocks (by walking, no rock climbing experience needed).

The hike normally takes just a couple hours, but with detours, exploring and playing around on the rocks, it should take us 3 hours or so.

Temps should be in the low 80's that day, so we can start at 10:00 AM and be fine.
