💦💧 TRAIL CANYON FALLS - JOSELITO'S MEXICAN FOOD💦💧

A picturesque hike into a sunny canyon with a charming waterfall streaming 30-40 feet into a shady pool. We'll do 8 creek crossings on the trail as we gain elevation. Half way in the path narrows into a canyon until Trail Canyon Falls comes into view. There is a steep but short scramble with ropes to help descend to the falls. PLEASE BE SAFE!!! WE WILL HELP EACH OTHER OUT. There is an option to go to the top of the falls which we'll discuss before the hike.
-NOTE: 20 minute grace period leaving at 12:20 P.M.
-DISTANCE: 4.8 miles round trip.
-ELEVATION GAIN: 1012 feet
-MEDIUM DIFFICULTY WITH SOME SCRAMBLING TO BASE OF FALLS
-8 STREAM CROSSINGS. USING POLES IS SUGGESTED.
-WEAR SHOES WITH GOOD TRACTION.
-BRING PLENTY OF WATER. 😁
-DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON LEASH. EXERCISE CAUTION IF YOU ARE GOING TO THE FALLS WITH YOUR DOG.
-POISON OAK ALONG THE TRAIL TOTALLY AVOIDABLE.
-THE STREAMS ARE USUALLY NAVIGABLE WITH BOULDER HOPPING USING POLES.
-AN EXTRA PAIR OF SHOES/SOCKS FOR AFTER HIKE SUGGESTED
-LIMITED PARKING AT TRAIL HEAD, PARK ALONG BIG TUJUNGA CANYON ROAD EAST AND WEST OF THE TRAILHEAD. CARPOOL SUGGESTED.
