"DAY of the TREAD": Road Cycling event in Albuquerque, NM

Reward yourself for all those long hot summer days in the sun, with crisp air, picturesque landscape, and lots of fun! Join us for our Day of the Tread 2025 on Sunday, October 26 for family-oriented, Halloween-themed charitable bike rides.

Whichever path you choose, all participants will enjoy a Sunday pre-event motivation gathering, a post-ride celebration, courses full of music, entertainment, themed recharge zones and crazy contests. Costumes are encouraged but not required; we will be awarding prizes for the best human costumes and best bike costumes.

So! If you like dressing up, putting on face paint or wigs, come join us as your favorite witch, ghost, goblin or monster. Participation ensures a ghoulish-good time!

Event Schedule

**Santan Shredders will meet for dinner the evening prior to event. Sunday night dinner as a group is optional for those who choose to stay an extra evening.**

*Highly recommend to get overnight accommodations well ahead of time to get the best prices. Balloon Fiesta goers mingle a week or so after the largest hot air balloon event in the world.**
