Our group classes are packed with a wide variety of skills and techniques designed to help riders of all levels grow, progress, and have more fun on the bike! 🚵♀️💥
Not sure where to start? Trail Essentials is the perfect place to begin! This foundational course is a favorite among everyone from newer riders to more experienced shredders looking to sharpen their skills.

$29.95/person reserves your spot.

This course is intended for riders ages 13+.
We offer group and private lessons for adults and adults 50+; women and girls only; teens 12-17 and youth 4-11.
Our coaches are PMBIA & GSMBC certified.
Must haves:
* Properly working mountain bike (gravel and E-bikes class 1 and 2, no folding bikes, please)
* Proper fitting and certified bike helmet
* Hydration & Nutrition
Highly recommended but not required:
* Flat pedals and flat pedal shoes for easy on/off bike
Park Entrance:
* Annual Pass (Maricopa County Parks and Rec)
* $10 per vehicle entrance
* $5 ride in from outside park
We have rental bikes! Comes with helmet and water bottle.
