New Year Leadership Retreat - Pilot Program

Dear SoCal Peak Hikers,
We are going to start 2026 with a big bang, purpose, clarity, and momentum. I invite you to join me on a long hike, one that is as much about the journey inward as it is about the path ahead.

The New Year Leadership Retreat is a structured opportunity to step away from daily demands and engage in purposeful reflection and strategic renewal. Designed around a guided leadership hike, the retreat provides space to pause, assess the past year, and prepare for the path ahead. Participants will reflect on key lessons learned, refine personal and professional priorities, and align leadership decisions with long-term vision and values. Along the trail, facilitated discussions will focus on leadership clarity, resilience, decision-making, and sustainable growth. Each stage of the hike serves as a practical metaphor for intentional progress. By the time we finish the hike, you will have a clear understanding of your path forward and the confidence to move ahead with focus and purpose.

I have been studying leadership since 2012, building deep experience through practice, reflection, and continuous learning. Throughout this journey, I have worked across diverse teams and challenges, gaining practical insights into what effective leadership truly requires. I look forward to sharing my experience, lessons learned, and proven perspectives with the team.

Hike details:
Please arrive by 6:45 AM and look out for a flashing color light.
Start time: 7:00 AM
Distance: 10 miles
Time: 3-4 hours.
Parking is free.
