FREE Japanese JuJutsu Seminar / Refreshments –Saturday 1st August

Hello everyone,

I'd like to invite you to our FREE Japanese JuJutsu Seminar this Saturday in Nakajima Koen.

🕐 Time: 1:00 pm – 2:45 pm

If you've ever been curious about Japanese JuJutsu, this is the perfect opportunity to come along and give it a try. The seminar is suitable for complete beginners, so no previous martial arts experience is necessary.

During the afternoon, you'll be introduced to the fundamentals of traditional Japanese JuJutsu, including:

• Striking techniques

• Escapes from grabs and chokes

• Arm locks and joint control

• Light Fitness and Conditioning

• Restraint techniques

• Grappling escapes

• Defences against knife attacks

• Practical self-defence applications

We'll finish the session with a light conditioning and warm-down exercise that everyone can enjoy.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Any gym or sportswear is perfectly suitable—there is no need to have a martial arts uniform.

One of the best things about our group is that it's not just about martial arts. It's also a wonderful opportunity to meet people from different countries and practise both English and Japanese conversation. In many ways, you're getting two great experiences in one!

After training, anyone who would like to join us is warmly invited for a drink and a chat at a lovely hotel café and lounge in Nakajima Koen. It's a great way to relax after training and get to know everyone in a friendly atmosphere.

We've been pleasantly surprised by the large number of enquiries about Japanese JuJutsu, so we're looking forward to meeting many new people.
If you cannot make this Saturday, We train every Saturdays from 1pm .
Please email us as we maybe at a different venue due to occupancy at the dojo.

How to Join

If you'd like to attend this Saturday, please note the following:

When you arrive at the Nakajima Sports Centre, go to the reception desk located next to the main entrance. There is a public facility entrance fee of ¥390, payable to the centre. Simply ask for the JuJutsu Dojo, and the staff will direct you.
