It's back! Time for Savor Sarasota, June 1 - 20 where participating restaurants offer a $45 prix fixe menu, some even offer an optional wine add-on.
This is a Savor Roundabout as we are hosting dinners at three Savor restaurants on the same night.

SAVOR SARASOTA DINNER $45
First Course (Choice of):
- Cup of Chicken Tortilla Soup - Pulled chicken, roasted corn, chipotle peppers, poblanos, and onions in tomato broth. Garnished with tortilla strips and avocado.
- Ensalada de la Casa - Local mixed greens, roasted sweet corn, jicama, radish, avocado, and queso fresco with cilantro-lime buttermilk dressing.
Second Course (Choice of):
- Beef Barbacoa - Slow-braised beef with guajillo peppers, onions, and spices. Served with charro beans and Mexican rice.
- Camarones al Ajillo - Sautéed jumbo shrimp with garlic, chile de árbol, vino blanco, and cilantro butter. Served with jicama slaw and Mexican rice.
- Chiles Rellenos (Vegetarian) - Two poblano peppers stuffed with potatoes, mushrooms, onions, and roasted carrots in vegetable mole, with cashew sour cream and confit tomatoes. Served with Mexican rice and black beans.
- Enchiladas Divorciadas - Pulled chicken served with red and green sauces, queso fresco, and crema. Served with Mexican rice and charro beans.
- Cochinita Pibil - Yucatan-style roasted pork shoulder in banana leaves with sour orange, annatto seeds, and cinnamon. Served with Mexican rice, charro beans, and warm tortillas.
- Fajitas - Mixed bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes on a hot skillet. Served with Mexican rice, charro beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, crema, and warm tortillas. Choice of protein: steak, chicken, or combo.
Third Course (Choice of):
- Flan de la Casa - Traditional vanilla custard with its own caramel, marshmallow whipped cream, and berries.
- Tres Leches - Sponge cake soaked in tres leches, Mexican spiced coffee, cinnamon, and vanilla. Topped with marshmallow whipped cream.
- Moctezuma Lush - Pasilla ancho chocolate cake with Abuelita’s chocolate mousse and cinnamon anglaise.
Add-On:
- Glass of House Wine - Add $5

There is no pre-planned food or wine with this event. You will have the entire menu from which to select your meal and beverages or you may select from the Savor menu linked above. You must settle your tab directly with the restaurant the night of the event.
A deposit of the exact amount (no rounding pls, we use the amount to determine which location you are requesting) $22.42 via the methods below is required to hold your spot. Be sure to pay by 11pm the day you indicate you will attend to avoid being moved to not going.
If you get on the WL, send the deposit, as we may reserve an additional table based on interest.
IMPORTANT PLEASE: To avoid any confusion, in the notes section of your payment, please include the event 🍽️ name and date.
Members who attend will be refunded the weekend after the event. No-shows or late cancellations that we cannot fill from the waitlist will not be refunded. Always a best practice to add a note to the comments section of the event if you change your RSVP so that we can do our best to fill your spot.
