It's back! Time for Savor Sarasota, June 1 - 20 where participating restaurants offer a $45 prix fixe menu, some even offer an optional wine add-on.
This is a Savor Roundabout as we are hosting dinners at three Savor restaurants on the same night.

SAVOR SARASOTA DINNER $45
First Course (Choice of):
- Insalata di Mare - Grilled octopus salad, cucumbers, chickpeas, Meyer lemon vinaigrette, pita chips, roasted red pepper hummus.
- Membrillo Glazed Pork Belly & Scallop - Manchego cheese arepa cake, sweet summer corn purée, jicama-apple slaw, crispy chicharron garnish.
- Short Rib Quesadilla - Bell peppers, carrots, smoked gouda cheese, roasted petrichor wild mushrooms, molcajete salsa, honey-habanero crema.
Second Course (Choice of):
- Seared Halibut - Crispy yucca fritter, Cuzco corn & avocado salad, 'Nduja butter, braised rapini.
- Crusted Cashew Eggplant Schnitzel - Coconut chickpea curry, jicama-apple slaw.
- Espresso Cured Duck Breast - Tasso ham corn succotash, fava bean purée, Amarena cherry BBQ, Jones Farms Yukon potatoes, wilted spinach.
- Bulgogi Marinated Skirt Steak - Korean potato stir fry, gochujang honey sauce, shiitake mushroom emulsion, fried quail egg.
Third Course (Choice of):
- Bailey’s Irish Cream Mousse Bomb - Kahlua coffee cake, chocolate shell, hazelnut tuile.
- Passion Fruit Panna Cotta - Tropical fruit macedoine.

There is no pre-planned food or wine with this event. You will have the entire menu from which to select your meal and beverages or you may select from the Savor menu linked above. You must settle your tab directly with the restaurant the night of the event.
A deposit of the exact amount (no rounding pls, we use the amount to determine which location you are requesting) $26.18 via the methods below is required to hold your spot. Be sure to pay by 11pm the day you indicate you will attend to avoid being moved to not going.
If you get on the WL, send the deposit, as we may reserve an additional table based on interest.
IMPORTANT PLEASE: To avoid any confusion, in the notes section of your payment, please include the event 🍽️ name and date.
Members who attend will be refunded the weekend after the event. No-shows or late cancellations that we cannot fill from the waitlist will not be refunded. Always a best practice to add a note to the comments section of the event if you change your RSVP so that we can do our best to fill your spot.
