This month is special! All three cheeses are well suited to cook with so I am preparing a three course sit down meal with the cheese! And of course grillmaster Todd will be assisting with the steak portion of the event!

NOTE: Due to Thanksgiving we are having November's cheese event in December. We will have another December cheese event later in the month of December.

First Course
Mixed greens with goat cheese croutons!

Main Course
Grilled fillet mignon with blue cheese topper!
Side of mushrooms and bernaise sauce.
Twice baked potato with English style cheddar from Canada!

Wine will not be known before the event but I promise it will be yummy! Cheese tasting notes will be paired with the most appropriate wine to accompany it.

**Prepayment of $87.00** via the methods listed below, is required for this event. Your prepayment covers three cheeses prepared as indicated above, a welcome sparkling wine, three glasses of wine.
