Ruth's Chris Tastemaker Caymus wine pairing and dinner!

Come join us for the ONLY tastemaker event of 2025! Caymus pairing at Ruth's Chris steak house!

This is a five course pre-planned wine pairing and food event. Prepayment of $158.75 via the methods listed below, is required for this event. This includes the meal and wine described below, tax and tip. No shows and cancellations that I cannot fill from the waitlist 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.

We have a table of six but can expand if we have more interest. Please hop on waitlist and pay if this fills up fast and I will grab another table.

Served upon arrival: Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc

First course: Lump crab paired with Mer Soleil Chardonnay

Second course: Applewood, smoked pork belly, paired with The Walking Fool Red Blend

Entrée course: Center cut filet with rosemary charred mushrooms paired with Caymus Vineyards Napa Cabernet

Dessert course: Dark chocolate, creme brulee, paired with coffee and tea.
