OUR NAME
We chose the name "Cacio" for our Italian bistro to honor the rich culinary heritage of our home, Rome, where the word means "cheese" in our dialect. This name reflects our commitment to serving authentic Italian flavors, particularly the iconic dish Cacio e Pepe, a simple yet exquisite combination of pasta, pecorino romano, and black pepper.

To reserve your seat, prepayment of $21.11 via one of the methods below is required. Attending members will be refunded the weekend after the event. No shows and late cancellations we cannot fill from the waitlist will not be refunded.

- 🔁 Change of plans? Please update your RSVP and leave a comment so we can help confirm someone on the waitlist.
- ✅ This is a refundable deposit to secure your seat. Refunds will be issued the weekend after the event.
- 🚫 No-shows or late cancellations we cannot fill from waitlist, barring emergencies, will not be refunded.
- 📋 Waitlist Tip: Send payment even if you're on the waitlist. We may get another table, and paid waitlist members will be prioritized if spots open
