Trying something new this year! This Forks and Corks Master class caught my eye so I thought we should give it a try! Six wineries are pouring a current vintage alongside a 10+ year old vintage! What a great way to put our palates to the test!

Prepayment of $89.54 via the methods listed below is required for this event. This is a limited ticket event open to the public and it is expected to sell out. If I cannot secure you a ticket I will refund.

Theme: Estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignons and Bordeaux-style blends — exploring how vineyard practices, winemaking, and time in the cellar shape the story from vineyard to glass.
Format: 6 presenters, 12 wines (1 current release + 1 library vintage from each)
Presenters:

  • Alexander Valley Vineyards (Sonoma County) – Harry Wetzel IV
  • Chappellet Winery (Pritchard Hill, Napa Valley) - Dominic Chappellet
  • Keenan Winery (Spring Mountain, Napa Valley) – Michael Keenan
  • Schweiger Vineyards (Spring Mountain, Napa Valley) – Andrew Schweiger
  • Tres Sabores (Rutherford, Napa Valley) – Julie Johnson

A deep dive into estate-driven Cabernet and Bordeaux blends — featuring hands-on vintners who live their craft from root to bottle. Each winery will pour a current vintage alongside a perfectly aged bottle (10+ years), offering a rare opportunity to explore how time, terroir, and technique reveal a wine’s evolution from youth to maturity.
