The elegance of Chinese culinary tradition unfolds in our January Epicurean menu, where balance, symbolism, and time-honored technique guide every dish. Delicately steamed Atlantic cod is perfumed with ginger and scallion oil, tea-smoked Maple Leaf Farm duck breast carries whispers of ancient hearths softened by plum, and braised Wagyu short rib glistens with black bean and soy. The journey concludes in quiet indulgence with golden mango and coconut silk pudding and an imperial bird’s nest egg tart trio, each course a meditation on harmony, refinement, and enduring grace.
