About Veronica’s
What’s in a name? Veronica—made famous by Elvis Costello—inspired the spirit of this oyster bar. Our version imagines a Victorian‑era Veronica: romantic, a little mysterious, and forever waiting for a love lost at sea.

The space is an homage to the life she might have lived (or imagined), filled with early‑century trinkets, evocative artwork, and a logo featuring Veronica in a mermaid dress—hopeful, whimsical, and just a bit strange. Yes, it’s a little creepy… but in the most fun way.
