Join us for beer (or wine) and a bite at Calusa Brewing + PigFish while we enjoy Hot Club of SRQ live with a playful mix of Gypsy Jazz, Swing, Latin Jazz, Bossa Nova, Samba.
We caught them at SAM Jazz earlier this month and want to see them again!

🎻 About Hot Club of SRQ
The heart of this ensemble is:

• Kevin Aland — violin & vocals
• Jon McLaughlin — guitar
• Glenn Stevenson — bass

Together, they’ve spent over a decade cultivating a string‑jazz sound marked by warmth, connection, and effortless chemistry. This group can swing ferociously one moment, then pull you in with a hypnotic ballad the next.
While rooted in Gypsy Jazz, their repertoire spans Rumba Flamenco, Bossa Nova, Samba, Tango, Bebop, Modern Jazz, Afro‑Cuban, Swing, and selections from the Great American Songbook. All members are formally trained in Music Performance and have been commissioned to write, arrange, and perform a wide range of world music—including international dance works and a Broadway‑themed performance at the Straz Center in Tampa.

They are playing from 6:30–9:00 PM and we have a table nearby to enjoy the music!

Casual reservation — no pre‑set menu or wine pairing, nor beer pairing.
Each of us will order what we want and pay our tab directly to the restaurant.
