Chefs Ann and Barb are going to delight us this year with the National dish of Mexico! - Chiles en Nogada!

This year we are also doing an all in format so you don't need to bring any wine or beer unless you have something special you just can't live without. We will be serving the menu below, margaritas, various wine and beer. And rumor has it, Ann might be serving up her famous Sangritas! Google it! It might not be what you think!

Prepayment via the methods listed below of $52 is required for this event. Refunds will only be issued if a paying waitlister takes your spot.

Chiles en nogada!
A classic, patriotic Mexican dish from Puebla featuring poblano peppers stuffed with a sweet and savory picadillo (a mix of ground meat, fruits, and nuts) and covered in a creamy walnut sauce (nogada), garnished with pomegranate seeds and parsley to represent the colors of the Mexican flag (green, white, and red).
