This is a casual group reservation—there is no pre-selected food or wine pairing for the event. Choose from their entire menu, including their Savor. Settle your own tab directly with the restaurant the night of the event.

• Salted Cod Fritters - Bolinhos de Bacalhau - 3 Salted Cod Fritters, Blended with Mashed Potato, Onion, Parsley, and Garlic, Served Fried with Garlic Aioli
• Caesar Salad - Romaine Lettuce, with Classic Homemade Dressing

• Pappardelle All Bolognese - Wide Flat Pasta with Home-Made Beef Meat-Sauce
• Salted Cod - Bacalhau Ribatejano - Shredded Cod Sauteed with Onion, Garlic, Red Bell Peppers and Black Olives, Served with Sliced Boiled Eggs and Sliced Potato Fries
• Grouper & Shrimp Oreganata - Pan Seared Grouper Fillet, with 2 Large Shrimp in Seafood Sauce, Breadcrumbs Finished in the Oven, with Vegetables & Starch of the Day

🍝 About Amore Restaurant
Amore Restaurant is a refined dining destination rooted in tradition, passion, and heartfelt hospitality. Owned by Tito and Liana Vitorino, Amore was purchased in 2019 and thoughtfully relocated to Burns Court, where it remains a beloved Sarasota favorite.

The menu features a wide range of classic Italian dishes, including Escargots Amore, Rack of Lamb, Linguini Pescatore, and Tagliatelle Bolognese, along with elegant desserts prepared tableside for a memorable finish.

Owner Tito Vitorino began his restaurant career at just 16 years old in Portugal’s Algarve region and has been part of Sarasota’s dining scene since 1991. Before Amore, he spent 14 years managing the restaurants at The Colony Beach & Tennis Resort, building a reputation grounded in experience, discipline, and deep respect for the craft. His philosophy is simple: passion, culture, and vision are what truly define great restaurants.

Liana Vitorino, Tito’s high‑school sweetheart, joined him in Sarasota in 2003 and quickly became the heart of the dining room. Known for her warmth and gracious presence, Liana has a special gift for making every guest feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly at home.

Together, Tito and Liana’s mission is to create one of the most inviting and distinctive dining experiences in Sarasota, with plans to continue expanding the menu to include authentic Portuguese specialties inspired by their heritage.
