Another band and venue I've never experienced, so feel free to strap in and join me on my ongoing local band exploration tour. They seem to have a really great sound from what I've listened to online. They have a full food menu and looks like plenty of beer on tap. This bar is a bit on the small side so prepare to squeeze onto the dance floor. They do have some outside areas and a pool table area if you start to feel a little closed in. Or just embrace it. Welcome to the West Side!

SaSS volleyball is moving outside for a while! 50 W in Deerfield has terrific courts at their location that opened last year. Fee is $6 per week per person (versus $10 at Grand Sands). Brian has already paid the full court rentals for all four Sundays in May. Pay Brian to move from Waitlist to Going. Once the court max of 12 is paid for, we will try to reserve the second court (want 20 minimum for two courts). Be respectful to all group members. Note the time is 4pm-6pm. This is the "second court" for 5/4. The other three weeks are at the same time as the first court, but this one has to be split into two different time periods. Please don't sign up for this seasion if you are one of the first 12 Going from the first volleyball event on 5/4 at 50W. Dude, let's toss some disc. This looks like a very rad frisbee course that I'd love to try. Nothing beats tossing a frisbee on a warm spring day. We'll breakdown into teams to compete for honor and glory. Winning team gets a baggie of trail mix.
