About us
Hi everyone, I’m Kristin, and welcome to my Satori Minds Breathwork and Meditation Meetup Group.
Breathwork and meditation have become some of the most powerful tools in my life for healing, nervous system regulation, and conscious expansion. I created this group for people who are curious, growth-oriented, and walking their own path of self-discovery. If that is you, you are in the right place.
I offer transformational Clarity Breathwork group ceremonies throughout the Triangle, NC. These paid events are my full professional ceremonies, offered here through Meetup, where you can experience deep emotional release, grounding, and insight in a safe and supportive setting.
As the weather warms up in March, I will also host a FREE monthly Functional Breathwork and Meditation plus Nature Walk at local parks in Cary, Apex, Raleigh, Durham, and surrounding areas. We will gather at a park, begin with a 25-minute guided functional breathwork and meditation practice, and then take a mindful walk together, usually 2 to 3 miles.
Practicing breathwork and meditation before walking can deepen your sense of presence and connection to both yourself and nature.
These gatherings are simple, nourishing, and community-focused. We walk, breathe, connect, and spend time in nature. There is something powerful about moving and breathing together. Conversations unfold naturally. Relaxing, healing, and connecting feel easier.
From time to time, I may also organize casual meetups to attend local events together, such as meditation gatherings, ecstatic dance, concerts, or other wellness experiences. My intention is that no one in this community feels alone on their healing journey. There is always someone to walk beside you.
ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME. No prior breathwork or meditation experience is needed. Simply bring curiosity, respect for others, and a willingness to show up as you are.
If you RSVP and cannot attend, please update your RSVP so someone else may take your place.
I am so glad you are here. Let’s breathe, walk, and grow together in community.
Kristin

Open Air Breathwork, Meditation & Lake Walk at Bond Park, Cary (free)
Bond Park, 801 High House Road, Cary, NC, USBreathe Freely and Reconnect in Nature
We’ll meet on the wide open grassy hill at Fred G. Bond Metro Park in Cary, NC. This park has a peaceful, expansive field with the sky above and trees surrounding us. It's perfect for gatherings like this! This natural bowl of green space gives us room to breathe deeply, move gently, and settle into meditation together.I will guide approximately 25 minutes of functional breathwork exercises (box breathing, 4-7-8 breathing, etc.) and meditation designed to help you feel grounded, regulated, and present.
Afterward, those who would like to continue are welcome to join a scenic ~2-mile walk around Bond Lake — a beautiful loop with peaceful water views and fresh air.
What to Bring
• A blanket or mat
• Water
• Layers in case the breeze rolls through
• A small backpack for your blanket and water if you plan to join the lake walk🌦️ Weather Policy
This is an outdoor gathering and is weather-dependent. If there is steady rain, thunderstorms, or unsafe conditions, the event will be canceled. Any weather-related updates will be posted in Meetup at least 2 hours prior to start time.🤩 Open to All Levels
This gathering is open to all levels. No prior breathwork or meditation experience is necessary. Whether you are brand new or have an established practice, you are welcome.Parking
Park at the Bond Park Community Center lot (801 High House Rd, Cary). From the lot, walk toward the large open grassy hill near the front of the park. Look for a Satori Minds sign and a small group gathered on blankets.👶🏼 Children
This is an adult-focused gathering. Children are welcome if they are able to remain relatively quiet and settled during the guided breathwork and meditation. Please consider both your child’s needs and the experience of the group. If typical child movement, play, or vocal expression may disrupt others who are trying to meditate, this may not be the best setting for them. Thank you for helping maintain a respectful and supportive space for everyone.🐶 Dogs
Dogs are welcome if they are comfortable resting quietly in a group setting. You know your dog and how they may respond in this environment. Because some breathwork includes light tapping with both hands, a hands-free waist leash is strongly recommended.✨ Continue the Work
If you find this experience supportive and would like to go deeper, I offer:- Small-group Clarity Breathwork Ceremonies (immersive indoor experiences)
- Private one-on-one breathwork sessions
- Corporate and leadership breathwork workshops
These outdoor gatherings are a gentle introduction. My paid sessions offer a more structured, immersive, and personalized experience.
