Friday Frequency is a co-facilitated breath and sound journey led by Kristin Adams (Satori Minds) and Benina Drake (Elevated Energy).
This Month's Theme: Become What You Know
There are moments in life when the next step is not about learning more, but about trusting what you already know. This ceremony invites you to quiet the noise, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and breathe into the version of yourself that is ready to emerge. As clarity deepens, you create space to move forward with greater confidence, alignment, and trust.
And - when the monthly theme doesn’t immediately resonate, the breath still meets you exactly where you are and supports the healing your body is ready for.

#### Session Flow
Arrival + Introductions → Somatic Opening → Opening Sound Bath → Conscious Connected Clarity Breathwork → Closing Sound Bath → Integration + Sharing
#### What to Bring
- Comfortable clothing
- Water bottle
- Lip Balm
- Journal + pen
#### Timing + Location
- Arrive: Doors open at 6:30. Arrive by 6:50PM - The ceremony begins promptly at 7:00PM.
- Ends: 9:00PM
- Location: Elevated Energy, 700 Exposition Pl., Suite 105, Raleigh, NC 27615
Suite 105 is located on the right side of the building. Look for the awning and come on in!
