This gathering welcomes practitioners of all levels whether you are beginning your journey, refining your skills, or supporting others in their meditation practice. Together, we will cultivate a space for learning, self-realization, and shared intention, with love, compassion, and unity at the center of each session.

Each week offers a structured, traditional meditation practice. We begin by setting a collective intention, followed by establishing a formal sitting posture.

We then move into Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), which supports energetic balance, clears subtle channels, stabilizes the nervous system, and prepares you for deeper meditation.

The session includes two timed meditation practices, each concluding with a gentle bell and time for reflection, open discussion, and journal.

During the second meditation, we may focus on Chakra work or elemental connection to support soul-retrieval practices and deeper inner exploration.
We close with a final thought and a devotional dedication of our practice.

Please bring a blanket or cushion to sit on, and a pen and paper to write your thoughts.
