About us

A weekly heart-centered meditation circle for inner peace, stillness, light, and love.

Discover a simple, gentle, and deeply meaningful meditation practice rooted in a century-old spiritual tradition.

Satsang is a silent meditation on Transcendent Light. It begins by calming the mind, relaxing the body, and gently turning attention inward toward the heart.

Over time, this practice can help cultivate inner peace, emotional balance, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection.

Our 60-minute sessions typically include a brief talk on a spiritual topic, simple guidance on how to meditate on Transcendent Light, soft meditative music, and a period of silent meditation. The core of the practice is a 15-minute silent sitting, where we gently open the heart to the presence of inner light. After the silent practice, we transition back with gentle music, followed by reflection, questions, and community sharing.

This is not breathwork, chanting, visualization, or a spoken guided meditation. It is a quiet, heart-centered practice of inner stillness.

This meditation practice was established and refined by Guru Maharaj Param Sant Dr. Chaturbhuj Sahay Ji in 1930. While rooted in ancient yogic and meditative wisdom, Satsang has been simplified for modern life.

It is easy to learn, non-intrusive, and suitable for people from all backgrounds, lifestyles, and faith traditions.

Satsang is not about belief, ritual, or complexity. It is a practical path of inner stillness, guided by love, light, and peace.

Whether you are new to meditation or have practiced for years, you are warmly welcome to join us.

Come experience a peaceful, supportive community and a meditation practice designed to help you bring calm, clarity, and spiritual steadiness into daily life.
