There is a timeless saying: “You are what you eat.” Food nourishes not only the body but also the mind and soul.

Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin, author of The Physiology of Taste, once wrote: “Tell me what you eat, and I will tell you what you are.” The energy of a meal extends far beyond its ingredients. The intention of the cook and the awareness of the eater shape every bite. A meal prepared with love and focus carries deeper nourishment; eating mindfully and with gratitude heals the body and calms the soul.

Rooted in the connection between food and spiritual practice, Dasein Lunch Gathering is a weekly bilingual community for mindful connection. Held in a private kitchen and intimate lounge, the gathering is exclusive and limited to 15 guests per session.

We explore plant-based living as a path of inner awakening—not a trend, but a conscious choice to care for our bodies, honor the planet, and respect life. Drawing from holistic health and mindful eating teachings, we gather to connect, share culture, prioritize wellness, and support one another’s journey of awakening.
