Welcome to The Thanksgiving Reset: Breathwork for Stress Management & Resilience
The holidays can bring joy — but also stress, anxiety, and overload. How do we pause, breathe, build resilience? At Savannah Breath Reset, we believe the breath is a powerful tool to shift the nervous system, mental states, build calm, and reclaim clarity in the midst of holiday bustle.
There are two sessions available:
Sunday, November 23 · 1:00–2:00 pm · Daffin Park
Wednesday, November 26 · 6:30–7:30 pm · Savannah Wellness Collective
Each session will include:
– Guided breathwork techniques to calm anxiety and regulate stress response
– Mind‑body prompts for gratitude, resilience and presence
– Gentle movement/stretch to support the breath-body connection
– Community sharing (optional) and takeaway exercises for stress busting whenever you need it.
Who should attend? Anyone feeling the holiday pressure, craving stillness, wanting to build stress‑resilience, or simply wanting to deepen connection to breath and self.
What to bring: A yoga mat or blanket, water bottle, comfortable clothing. For outdoor sessions bring layers (Savannah weather can shift).
