Meditation Demystified is a 1-hour class built for beginners, the fidgety and impatient, and anyone who’s tried meditation and left feeling frustrated.
If your mind won’t shut up, your body won’t sit still, or you keep wondering “am I doing this right?”—you’re not broken. You’ve just never been given a simple method.
In this class, you’ll learn a clear, step-by-step approach to meditation using the breath as your anchor—so your sessions feel easier, deeper, and more relaxing, without forcing yourself to be perfectly calm.
You’ll learn:
- A simple breath-based method to follow (so you’re not guessing)
- What to do when you get distracted (without starting over)
- How to work with restlessness, impatience, and “busy brain”
- A short structure you can use at home for more consistent practice
