Savannah Stress Reset is a weekly guided breathwork class designed to help you calm your nervous system, release stress, and sleep more deeply.
This is a practical, beginner-friendly class. You’ll be guided through simple, science-backed breathing exercises that help your body shift out of stress mode and into a calmer, more regulated state.
Whether you’ve had a long workday, your brain will not shut off at night, or you just want a healthier way to reset each week, this class gives you a place to slow down, breathe, and leave feeling better than you arrived.
Each session is designed to help you:

  • regulate your nervous system
  • practice calming breath patterns you can use at home
  • support deeper rest and better sleep
  • build a simple weekly ritual for stress relief

No experience is needed. You do not need to know anything about breathwork to join. Just come as you are.
