### What to Expect
Dialogue on Democracy is a three-part community learning experience designed to help us make sense of democracy, politics, and civic life together. This isn’t a lecture or political debate. This is a conversation. Come ready to participate, ask questions, listen to different perspectives, and learn alongside others.
💬 1. Community Dialogue
We’ll start with conversation. Share your experiences, concerns, and questions about democracy and the political issues shaping our lives. Together, we’ll identify the questions we want to explore further.
🔎 2. Research Dialogue
We’ll do some digging. Participants will explore questions from our first conversation, then come back together to share what we found, compare sources, challenge assumptions, and build a clearer understanding together.
🎓 3. Expert Insight
We’ll bring our questions to an expert. Our guest will share their knowledge and perspective, followed by an open Q&A where we can dig deeper into what we’ve learned.
No expertise or political background is required. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to engage respectfully. The goal is to leave feeling better equipped to think critically, communicate clearly, and participate confidently in civic life.
