About our speaker:
I am a 1998 graduate of James Madison University. I got started in the mortgage industry in February of 2020, right when the world lost their collective minds. It was for sure a baptism by fire situation. I worked for DuPont Credit Union until May of 2024 when I left to pursue the opportunity of running my own branch for an IMB. This also offered me the opportunity to provide a much broader scope of products and services to my borrowers. This includes a wide range of investment products and options for self-employed borrowers. This includes DSCR loans, Fix and Flips, Fix and keep, bank statement loans, asset depletion, GAP and Bridge loans, which offer 6 months with no payments, and pretty much anything else that you can think of. We also offer a commercial division if you are purchasing in an LLC. This is the first branch of Premier Mortgage Resources in Virginia, and we have three loan officers including myself and we are looking to grow. The company was started in 2005 and is based in Boise, ID. We are licensed in 49 states (not NY). We are an ESOP company, which means that we are all working towards the same goal.
