John Daniel is the founder of Commonwealth Fundings, a private money lending business serving real estate investors locally and across the country.

Before entering the world of real estate investing and lending, John spent over 40 years in the insurance industry as an adjuster, handling major property and liability claims. His career included disaster response work following major weather events in cities such as New York City, Charleston, West Virginia, and New Orleans.

After retiring in 2018, John pursued a second career in private money lending and real estate investing, where he found strong parallels to his experience in property claims. Over the past several years, he has completed extensive training, built a strong network of construction and financial professionals, and developed resources to support both new and experienced investors.
