Eric Fletcher is a real estate professional with over two decades of experience in investment property sales and property management. He began his career in 2003 as a leasing agent with a local brokerage focused on investment properties, where he quickly gained hands-on experience across all aspects of the business.
Over the years, Eric has developed deep expertise in managing rental properties, adapting to market trends, and navigating legislative changes that impact investors and property owners. He has helped guide many clients through their first rental experience, from leasing to ownership and beyond.
Today, Eric oversees the management of a portfolio of more than 1,000 units and remains actively involved in the local real estate community. He currently serves on the board of directors for the local board of Realtors, the Waynesboro Family YMCA, and as president of a local HOA.
