Carey Caulfield is a software product management leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation at high-growth SaaS companies. She currently teaches her Hackathon Blueprint live online workshop, empowering individuals to launch and lead hackathons that drive real business impact.
Carey played a key role in the success of the GoToMeeting Suite, which reached $400M in annual recurring revenue, and led the concept and release of the Convoi App, which influenced Citrix’s $161M acquisition of Grasshopper. This success earned her a spot in the Citrix Startup Accelerator, where she interviewed over 100 companies in just 12 weeks.
Later, her team won Grand Prize at LogMeIn’s global hackathon for GoView (think Atlassian Loom). At CrossnoKaye, she introduced hackathons to unlock growth and IP in Energy AI, impacting the $160B cold storage market that keeps the global food supply cold and safe for consumption.
